Briefable for organisations

A governed operating layer, configured around how your organisation works.

Briefable for Organisations is not simply multiple personal subscriptions. Each person keeps their own working space while the organisation controls members, teams, roles, modules, connected data, approvals, AI policies, budgets and shared processes. It creates a practical layer across approved Google Workspace, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Notion sources without making every source visible to every user.

Organisational functionality

Control the operating environment without making work harder.

The organisational layer gives people the context and workflows they need while keeping access, AI use and external actions within approved boundaries.

Members, teams and roles

Create role-based workspaces for leadership, managers, operational teams and specialists. Control which modules, dashboards, shared resources and actions appear for each role.

Controlled source access

Connect approved Microsoft, Google, Notion and private knowledge sources, then grant access by team, role or workflow. Personal information remains separate from shared organisational context.

Shared workflows and handovers

Turn repeated work into shared processes with clear ownership, queues, handovers, due dates, status and escalation. Automations move context forward without removing human responsibility.

Approvals before action

Require review before sensitive emails, publishing, record updates, commitments or other external actions. Approval queues make exceptions and pending decisions visible to the right people.

AI policies, models and budgets

Set approved AI providers, models, usage boundaries, guardrails and budgets centrally. Staff receive useful AI support without needing to choose or manage the underlying technical environment.

Visibility and specialist modules

Give leaders visibility across decisions, risk, capacity, commitments, service issues and workflow exceptions. Add configured modules for specialist processes, reporting and organisational priorities.

Role-specific views

Different people see what is relevant to their work.

The same organisational environment presents different modules, sources, signals and actions according to role and responsibility.

01

Leadership

Organisation-wide signals across decisions, risk, capacity and delivery, with approval queues, exceptions and shared workflow visibility brought into one operating view.

02

Managers and operations

Team dashboards, calendars, shared tasks, workflow queues, handovers, commitments, service issues, approved SharePoint access and actions waiting for review.

03

Team members and specialists

A personal workspace with their own email, calendar, tasks and priorities, plus only the assigned shared resources, specialist modules, actions and knowledge relevant to their role.

Implementation and managed support

Configured around outcomes, not handed over as another tool to manage.

Workflow discovery identifies the roles, systems, policies, approval points and measurable outcomes that matter. Briefable is then configured, connected and tested around those requirements, with onboarding and ongoing improvement included in the organisational scope.

What you’re paying for is operating value.

Briefable reduces the searching, remembering, switching and manual coordination needed to turn information into action.

Less searching

Relevant messages, documents, contacts, tasks and deal history are brought into the work instead of remaining scattered.

Faster preparation

Meetings, decisions and client conversations begin with the necessary context already assembled.

Reliable follow-through

Commitments become visible tasks, follow-ups and reminders before they disappear behind the next urgent request.

Lower cognitive load

Briefable externalises memory and reduces context switching for ADHD organisers, busy operators and people balancing work with family.

Common questions.

What does the free account include?

It creates your Briefable workspace, registers you for release information and lets you know when onboarding, trial and product access become available. It does not begin a paid subscription.

How does the free trial work?

The free trial runs for 14 days and includes 1 million AI tokens. Payment is only required if you actively select a paid plan after the trial.

Do I need a credit card?

No. Creating the free account and signing up for release information does not require payment details.

Which modules are included?

All standard plans include seven core modules: Today, Tasks, Inbox, Calendar, Briefable, Pipeline and Contacts. Publish and Analytics are configured additions.

What happens when I reach my AI token allowance?

AI-powered features pause until the allowance resets, you upgrade or add a $15 NZD token top-up. Core data views such as Tasks, Calendar and Pipeline remain usable.

Will the trial convert automatically?

No. A paid subscription begins only when you actively select a plan.

How is a custom build priced?

Custom pricing is based on the workflow, integrations, users, implementation complexity and support required. A defined scope and proposal are provided before work begins.

Is Briefable suitable for ADHD and neurodivergent users?

Briefable reduces context switching, externalises memory and makes the next action visible. These capabilities can be useful for ADHD organisers, although Briefable is an operating tool rather than a medical product.

Does Briefable use my data to train AI models?

No. Company context remains within the operating workspace and is not used to train foundation models.

Can I start standard and move to custom?

Yes. Starting with standard Briefable can help identify where a tailored workflow, integration or private implementation would create additional value.

How is Briefable priced for an organisation?

Organisational pricing is scoped after workflow discovery. The quote reflects the number of users and roles, connected systems, governance requirements, shared workflows, specialist modules, implementation, onboarding and ongoing support required.

What does the organisational layer add?

It adds role-based workspaces, controlled access to shared Google, Microsoft and Notion sources, approved AI models and guardrails, shared workflows, handovers, queues, approval-required actions, organisational visibility, automations and specialist modules. Each person’s private workspace remains separate from the organisational context. Enquire about an organisational deployment.

Tailored implementation
